Individual Booking Condition Booking should be made in advance, the reservation department will return confirmation detail and available space to you as soon as possible or inform the fully booked condition of your preferred cruise or course and allow us time to offer your second choice consideration. 30% deposit from the full price is required for confirmed booking and the fully amount must be paid 15 days before the trip departure. If payment are not received on time we reserve the right to resell your place. Trip include: On-board accommodation (air-condition twin share). tanks, weight & belts. Transportation: Divemaster service: a A fully qualified instructor will accompany all trip as a cruise director, plus qualified instructors/Divemasters as dive guides. Instruction: PADI continuous educational courses are available on board. Not including: Dive equipment alcohol beverage and national park entry free. Booking Condition The accommodation booking is only our service for customer, it is not part of our facilities, please wait for reconfirmed from the reservation department before submit any payment. White & Blue Dive Club can not held any liability for refundable policy of those hotels and resorts during your stay. Fully amount must be paid on confirmed booking for both of accommodation and transfer. Cancellation Condition For any cancelled on accommodation the price of 1 day/room will be charges and the rest of payment will be refunds, minus bank transfer fee. For cancelled on accommodation less than 10 days before arrival the price of 2 days/room will be charges and the rest of payment will be refunds, minus bank transfer fee. For any cancelled on transportation and transfer, a 50% will be charges.

Please give full names of all passengers with indicate Mr/Mrs/Ms. and status single or couple. Inform us of your flight arrival, departure and hotel arrangements of each person. Reservation for your rental equipment in advance. We will refund the amount that paid in case of cancellation on our part, but we can not held financially responsible for any change in itinerary due to weather condition, political problems and other safety reason condition. We highly recommened that you obtain cancellation insurance.
